Didn't recieve order number

I can't seem to find a way to get the order number resent to track my upgrade, my phone plan has changed over but I have not received the confirmation email or the delivery order to receive the new device, any help or advice would be very much appreciated as I was childisly looking forward to my new toy

@Prestedge1985   With the account changing your new toy should be with you very soon.  Give customer services a call and they might be able to give you more information.  You should get a text from DPD to say it’s on it’s ways and you should get this by 11am.  I’ll probably say you’ll get it tomorrow.
