Hi,
I ordered an upgrade - Samsung S20 FE in red on the 6th December and I havent had any further information on when it will arrive.. I checked the tracking but nothing has updated and wondered if there was an issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

The current guidance on the website is that the red version is out of stock but to expect dispatch within 7 days.
DPD will be in touch when it's ready to deliver.

It said it was in stock when I ordered and says in stock item on the email.

It may be worth checking your order with our Mobile Care team. If it was in stock when you ordered, it should have been dispatched.
