So I have ordered a few days ago got the email saying it on its way as was in stock but when I go to track to see where it is saying sorry we can’t show you order details right now usually never had this problem just want to know what’s going on

We can only provide tracking for orders that include a pay monthly device. If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.

 

Your order may take up to 14 working days to arrive. If, for any reason, your delivery will take longer than this we'll keep you informed by email.
