My partner managed to get through to the upfront cost payment page this morning trying to get a ps5 he entered his bank details and its showing as a pending payment on his bank account but the site then crashed so no confirmation code or email how do we know if he was successfull in getting a ps5? I had exactly the same thing. I tried to go online again and do the order but it states you can only order 1 PS5.
£10 is showing as pending but had no email confirmation

Same boat here, only I received an email to say thanks for your order from the customer service team but no separate confirmation of order email.

Same here, crashed as my payment went through. Didn't get to confirmation screen and had no email as yet..... I'm fearing the worst

Do I need to be a monthly package subscriber or will pay as you go work? It keeps on giving me an error that "Unfortunately, we couldn't log you in, but you can still buy or upgrade - just choose what you want to do."

Same here. Just as the site crashed I got a bank confirmation of the £10 being deducted.
Called customer services who spoke to the digital sales team & no orders on my account 😞
Now there's no PS5 stock showing & the lady at customer services told me they had thousands.

Just spoke to customer service. They said wait 24 hours for email if not re register. So annoying as just upgraded and took an extra line on after a sales call. Waited months on register. To be told may have to start process again.
