I ordered a monthly payment,I already paid the first amount,but before a dispatcher and delivery the EE asked to contact them and talk,but after 1 hours holding time(a 2 times),I do not what can I do.Also I am not able to login in my account because I never received a confirmation email.

THe phone is a present for my cousin who really ill(leukemia infants),just not easy her life I do not want to deluded more time 

Please any help or advice? SOS..for a little I'll girl.

I do not ask any charity,I am paid and just I need to can talk with a customer service why my ordered item not already dispatched.thank you for any help.
