I ordered a new phone yesterday via upgrading and paid extra to get it delivered to me today. However I never received a confirmation email or text, and so I do not have the order number to be able to track it.
I was just wondering if anyone could help with this?

Hi,
yes I’ve checked everywhere.
I downloaded the DPD app and it says they have got the order details this morning at 11am, but I rang EE at 2pm yesterday and paid extra to get it delivered today but I don’t think it’s looking likely .

I'm sorry to hear that, @Eve123.
It's worth keeping an eye on the DPD app for updates. If it doesn't come today, I'd suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team about your delivery fee.
