I am receiving delivery of my new phone quite soon. I will be working when delivery comes but my partner works from home so is able to sign for me. But we have different surnames, can my partner still sign for the delivery using her own ID and my ID?
thanks

Hi @Sndythmsn.
It would be helpful if both ID's were present incase the DPD driver asks for both.
Generally, it will be the ID of whoever may be signing.

Hi @Sndythmsn.
Welcome to the EE Community.
As long as someone is at the address to which your phone is being delivered with ID they will be able to sign for your parcel.

So we don’t need to have the same last name? I’ve read a few places that we do. Also, does my partner show her ID or mines?
thanks
