Delivery issue

Hi I ordered my upgrade online on 5/8/20, i ordered a new phone and a accessory. The phone came on the 7/8/20 but no accessory? Can someone let me know how to find out where it is as I have had no info as to when it’s going to be delivered. Thank you.
