Delivery date avaiting confirmation?

Hello everyone. I've been ordered my new galaxy S20 Ultra 8 days ago and I still waiting for confirmation of delivery date. No message or email after so many days?! It's that normal with EE? Just pay us and... Many thanks and Bravo

Honestly I wouldn't expect it any time this month or maybe next month. These are in short supply and given that Samsung aren't able to manufacture or ship them then the only ones available are the ones already in warehouses.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
So why someone from Your team who spoke with me setting up my upgrade
didn't explain could be long avaiting time for it? Any word about it? All
week I'm checking if you updated something about it......

Im in exactly same boat. Just got to take it on the chin this time. seen as much bigger things are happening right now. Frustrating as it is.
