Hello, yesterday I got a text message with the following:
"Hello from EE. We'd love to get to your feedback on your recent SIM delivery experience. ..."
I also got an email saying "Welcome" but I never got the SIM card delivered.
How to proceed? Was it, maybe, delivered to someone else? Can someone else be using it under my name? It's set to direct debit so that's kinda concerning.

@valentinapiras Sim cards are sent out 2nd class Royal Mail and there has been issues with the Royal Mail leading up to Christmas.
