I placed an order yesterday morning to be delivered to the local EE shop for me to collect whilst am away but i havent had an update email pkus when i try to track it i get an error message

@Mrchippy19 you not get any tracking information if it’s a store delivery, the store will contact you when it’s ready to be picked up.

Did you place your order online or over the phone?
If so and you have opted for delivery to an EE store the process is the same – you’ll receive a DPD text to tell you when it’s going to arrive ready for you to collect.
