Hi all, did anyone else take the trade in deal when they preordered the Note 10? I did and was told to send my handset back once I receive the new one (which is released on Friday 23rd).
However, I have been sent constant reminders (including a final reminder) that I need to send my current handset back before this date or I will be charged £250.00 - anyone else having this problem?

So apparently the email that keeps being sent to me is just a generic automated email. I have been advised to ignore it as it will not apply to those who preordered. Just send back my current handset using the returns pack provided once I am satisfied with my new one.
Hopefully I don't get a nasty £250 shock on my next bill!
