I placed an order online for a new device. After two failed delivery attempts DPD sent an email on Wednesday to say my device had been delivered. I was at home and did not receive my delivery. I contacted EE and they have raised a dispute with DPD. However DPD are saying the drivers GPS was outside my address at the time of delivery. No signature obtained and no photo taken as proof of delivery and I haven’t got
my new phone.
what do I do now? Has anyone else experienced the same thing?
