Delayed transfer of old mobile number to new EE contract

Hi, I ordered an iPhone 11 last Sunday and completed the PAC Code request to transfer my old number to my new EE contract during the order. I have since requested to transfer my old number again on Tuesday using the online EE transfer form but number has still not been transferred. Is there a delay in processing this request at present or could there be another problem?

I am having the same problem. Completed online form, waited 7 days and still no transfer? 

 

Please can you help?

Hi, your best bet is to phone them through 150 as they had no record initially of my request to transfer. Hope that helps

Did you receive an acknowledgment for your number port request?

 

If yes, I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can look into this further.

Hi,

 

ive had the same issue. Got a PAC code. Filled out the form on Monday and received an email saying it would take 1 working day. Still hasn’t happened. Filled out the online form again today and got the same email. 

when can I expect to get the number changed over?
