Delayed transfer of old mobile number to new EE contract

Hi, I ordered an iPhone 11 last Sunday and completed the PAC Code request to transfer my old number to my new EE contract during the order. I have since requested to transfer my old number again on Tuesday using the online EE transfer form but number has still not been transferred. Is there a delay in processing this request at present or could there be another problem?

Got through on 150 quite easily this time having failed miserably earlier in the week.

 

Spoke to a really helpful & very cheery guy call Graham.  Pretty well the same issue as the others are reporting as my PAC code wasn't registered despite doing it twice.

 

Transfer will be done early next week.  No real issue there for me.

I also filled out a form in Tuesday and haven't heard anything? Hopefully its just a delay rather than a problem.

I have also been waiting a week now, my number has not moved over but received my first bill in yesterday!

Did you complete the online number transfer form?

 

Or, did you request the number transfer when you ordered your EE phone?

I got told to put my new sim card in my new phone and put in the Pac code when phone starts up and wait 3-5 days and it will update when the number has swapped round. Did EE not receive my Pac code?

I'm just off the phone to one of your advisors and for some reason the Pac code hasn't been activated, they have put it through again and I have to wait 4 more days.

Rather than starting another thread & acknowledging the problems you are encountering at EE at the moment.

 

I've been waiting over a week since registering my PAC code as well.  Any help will be gratefully appreciated. 🙂

I phoned 150 and went to tech department spoke to someone rather than a bot and have been told my previous contractor never activated my Pac so have to wait until Monday. Hope this helps
