Delayed transfer of old mobile number to new EE contract

Hi, I ordered an iPhone 11 last Sunday and completed the PAC Code request to transfer my old number to my new EE contract during the order. I have since requested to transfer my old number again on Tuesday using the online EE transfer form but number has still not been transferred. Is there a delay in processing this request at present or could there be another problem?

Yep, did the online PAC a over a week ago.  Tried the bot no result.  Called the 150 number can't wait the hour as I am at work.

 

Will try the latter again later.

Hi there 

 

I am experiencing a delay in my old number being transferred to my new EE phone. I completed the online transfer form on Wednesday morning. 

Are there general delays at the moment?

Hi there, I filled my form out on Tuesday and hadn't heard anything. Spoke to EE this morning, for some reason the request hadn't gone through. The person I spoke to has re submitted it and it should port over on monday 🤞

Got through on 150 quite easily this time having failed miserably earlier in the week.

 

Spoke to a really helpful & very cheery guy call Graham.  Pretty well the same issue as the others are reporting as my PAC code wasn't registered despite doing it twice.

 

Transfer will be done early next week.  No real issue there for me.
