Hi my provider is BT I am thinking of buying out the remaining months of my contract and moving to EE. I will required to keep my number, how will I go about this.

@jcbrookes   You just need to call BT customer services and request your PAC code you then give that code to EE.  You have 30 days to use that code or you’ll need to request a new one. 

Would I be able to get a new phone.

Hi @jcbrookes yeah will be able to buy a 12 month sim only contract or a new device on 24 a month plan.

@jcbrookes  Or a 18 month sim only contract.

@jcbrookes if you text the word PAC to 65075 you will get text back with your PAC code as @Chris_B said it's valid for 30 days.

What are the plans on offer.

@David   I don’t think you can request a PAC via text while still in contract as you need to be told how much you need to pay to terminate that contract. 

@jcbrookes   Have a look in the shop area.

@Chris_B the PAC will issue via 65075 if they text INFO to 85075 that will tell them how much is left to pay.
