Delayed Delivery

Hi,

 

On Thursday 17th I added the ipad 2020 to my plan which I was told would arrive within 24 hours, my order still says 'order confirmed' and nothing about being dispatched etc. When am I likely to receive this order?

Welcome to the community,

 

This will depend whether EE have received supplies from Apple. As soon as they do and ready to dispatch, you will receive an update from EE with a delivery date and then from DPD with a time slot on the day of delivery. You can also choose your date and time slot on the DPD app, once you receive the email from EE that DPD will be delivering it to you.

Hey thanks for that, is there any way of knowing how long it takes to get the supplies from Apple like do they give an estimated delivery time? 

@katesonghurst , this is a public forum and many of us are customers like you, so you would have to ring customer service and speak to them, they should be able to give you an idea as to when stocks will be available with any luck.
