Hi , so i ordered a phone on friday i got the cofirmation code on that day and thats it . I don't get any other info about my phone . Before to order My phone i check and was writening on website that usually dispatch in 24H thats why i choose to order online and not to go over the store . Any help because i cant get in touch via live chat
@Timeatoth , sometimes the shop online is not always updated, so you may want to ring customer service to see when you can expect the phone, also it may have shown in stock when ordered, but then depends whether others ordered around the same time and that is why it has not yet been dispatched, could of course happen today.

Which one did you order, as some have not been in stock, so may have a wait, but as soon as they are being dispatched, you will receive an email and or text letting you know when DPD will be delivering it to you and you can then even go onto DPD app and book a time and date or just wait for DPD to let you know what time they will be delivering it.
