I would like you thank the staff in the Sunderland store for being so helpful when visited the store last Thursday.
I am a complete technophobe & dread buying a new phone.
They sorted out my upgrades for my phone & my tablet, saved me money by switching to a cheaper price plan which will save me money. They even transferred all my info from my old phone so I didn't lose anything & kept the store open until 5.50pm to complete transfer of data even though the store should have closed at 5.30pm.
