4GEE WiFi Mini - Buying a data add-on

KathyPatch

I am trying to buy data for my Wifi Mini, but I can't seem to get to the page to select the add-on I want to buy.  I have added credit to my account but every time I click on the link to buy the add-on I just keep getting redirected to the device page.  Can someone please help me?  I need it for tomorrow!

I just spoke to a lovely lady in Customer Service who was really helpful.  It seems that my account had started to close down as I hadn't used it in over 6 months.  She reinstated my account (and returned the credit balance that was on the account when it started to close) and all is OK now.  She also gave me some useful tips to keep the account "alive" and applied the required data package for me.  Thanks to those who replied and tried to help.  I appreciate it.

What does http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi offer you?

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

The same - it takes me to the device home page.

I suspect you have to exhaust your existing data before you may buy more.

I already have exhausted it - I have no data.  I can't access the page from my PC connected to my home broadband.  I get a message that I must switch off wifi and connect via my EE wifi.  So, I do that, but it still won't go the purchase page.

That's really strange, @KathyPatch.

Could you try connecting to that page on a different device or browser, whilst connected to the 4GEE router?
