Credited account

Hi,

I was told my account would be credited due to an on going issue and would be used to pay towards my next bill but I cannot find it how long does it take for my account to show credited balance

Welcome to the EE community

Bill credits should appear on your account within a day or so once they've been created.

I would suggest calling EE C/S on 150 from your mobile, to query this - the agents will have access to your individual account and can advise further.
