On my bill it says balance brought forward £50. My sim should only be £20 per month, I've just got this sim card it's a sim only contract I've never had anything from EE before.

"Balance brought forward" would suggest a carry-over from your previous bill.
Is there any description on the previous bill as to what these extra charges are for?
