No order confirmation - new contract

Took a new contract out this morning for the iPhone 13 pro max. Upfront cost and deposit has been taken from my bank but no confirmation email has been received. I’ve been checking my emails and my junk all day and now slightly worried that my order hasn’t gone through…

They had serious system issues today, I pre-ordered over the phone at 13:10 and got a text at 15:58 but was told I may not receive a text/email at all.

 

My parents pre-ordered at 13:30 and received nothing so think it’s hit and miss

If you're worried about the status of your order, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account.

 

They may also be able to give you a tracking number to check the progress of your order.

I’ve just spoken with the EE contact centre and apparently my order hasn’t gone through meaning I’ve got to replace the order and go through everything again and be pushed further down the back of the queue what an absolute joke!
