Contesting Bill from Abroad

I have several numbers amounting to an additional £67 charges on my bill that I did not call.  I am currently abroad but cannot find an email address anywhere.  How do I raise this without even more call charges please?

Thanks

Hi there @Marty5104

Thanks for coming to the community.

Are the charges for incoming or outgoing calls?

Sorry we have no email address, please see our contact us page for ways to get in touch.

Leanne.

Hi @Marty5104

Are these charges for standard calls (to 01, 02, 03 or UK mobile numbers) or are they for 084, 087 or other special-rate numbers?

Calling EE C/S is free within the EU, but chargeable in all other countries.

EE provides no email contact. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

The calls are to UK numbers from UAE but I haven't made any calls to those numbers and don't even have them in my phone.

@Marty5104  By any chance have you been left voicemails?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No voicemails, all outgoing calls to "CU"? none made by me and not in my call register. Gonna cancel direct debit to stop the payment

@Marty5104   That will only hurt you in the long run,   It’s your credit score that gets effected by you doing that.   You need to speak with customer services before you do anything else.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
