Do My EE app error codes actually mean something?

The My EE app seems to be struggling for me. Noticed that every time you tap "Try Again", a completely different error code is shown. Hence a thought - are these error codes actual error codes and the app happens to suffer from some gazillion problems all at once, or... ;)?

Hi @Profile closed

I recommend passing all error codes onto our technical teams.

These will be documented by our support teams to assist with the issues.

Many thanks,

Lee

Hi @Profile closed

If you have an android phone then go into settings - apps - then clear the app data/cache.

Thanks

@Northerner thanks, but this wasn't quite the topic of my question :). I just wanted to share my funny suspicion that these "error codes" might not be actually error codes but rather some random "techie looking" stuff. A bit like "our engineers are aware of it and working on a fix" regardless whether anyone is aware or not - looks all business but that's all it does.

I suspect they do relate to specific error log entries and if someone was really interested they can track down the message to see what you were trying to do.

How to contact ee technical team, when app is not working

@Kalpugp   You call customer services, 150 from your device.  But if you app is having login issues then just call and request that they reset your online account.
