Confused in Spain

Helenann

Last year when I visited UK I bought a pay as you go EE sim which I used. Am now visiting Spain and didn't realise that the sim cards expired but it still let me top up with £20!!! I bought a new EE sim, hoping I could add the number to my EE account but I can't so I tried to register a new account with new sim but it also won't let me as it either tells me the number or email are already registered.

@Helenann  your email address is registered to the old account so can not be used with a new account until you call customer services so they can remove your email address from their systems.   Just to point out you’ll not be able to use the EE sim in Spain until it is activated and used in the UK first.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you so much for your help, I had no idea. I can't even call customer services from here. I will have to buy another sim card to use in Spain. Thank you again.
