Order iPhone 12 pro

Ordered on 24-10-2020, said that it would be dispatched within 7 days and I haven't heard anything.

 

Paid the early upgrade fee and haven't received anything back (text message  or email)regarding that my order has been confirmed.

How did you complete the upgrade? Was it done online via your My EE account?

 

Has the early upgrade fee been taken from your bank account?

 

If the payment has been successful but you have no email confirmation, I would recommend giving our customer care team a call to check your order details.

Yes the early upgrade has been taken on 26.10.2020,and I’ve got email confirmation,and tracking order number xko281538055

Thanks for getting back to me with this.

 

You have received everything you should have done to complete the order. You can use the details you have to track your order online.

 

Once your phone is with DPD for delivery, they will send a text the day before with the information.

As I mentioned this is the current stock level.

 

Orders will be fulfilled and dispatched as they were placed. If you were given a timescale by our customer care team at the point of order, I would recommend going with this timescale.
