Confirmation of delivery

I have done an upgrade on the 10th of September, I have received confirmation of the order but am still waiting for confirmation of delivery, when I check the status of my order it just says order confirmed.

Can you please help it was for a Samsung Galaxy S21 256GB Phantom Violet.

 there is a chip shortage so there will be delivery supply issues.
