Good morning I made an online purchase order number is xko2******** And so far I have not received any confirmation by email. I want to know what happened because if I'm not looking for another carrier. I await answer!

Hi @Henryy1,
When did you make the order?
There was an issue with sending out order confirmations during the new year, however your order would have still been processed so you need to check before going with another provider, otherwise you could end up with two providers!
You can get in touch customer service via liva chat or by calling freephone 0800 317 720 who will be able to advise further.
Unfortunately nobody has access to customer accounts here on the community.
