Hi, I am sure there have been previous posts about connection problems with Cisco 3331 boosters but they are from some time ago.
I called EE today to register the booster to my postcode and gave the IMIE number. That was around 9 hours ago and it's still flashing rapid green rather than the expected solid green expected. Before calling back is there anything I need to do or does it need to be left longer before the set up is complete? Any help would be great!
Thank you.
Kev.

Hi James,
no change to the box so far still flashing green lights. It’s been a couple of days now so I doubt it’s going to sort itself without without some kind of intervention. What do you recommend?
thanks

Hi @Kevwade,
Where did you purchase the signal box?
Could it be faulty?
Have you checked to see if your phone supports WiFi Calling? This will allow you to use your phone when you have no mobile signal without any extra equipment.

Hi James,
I bought the box from a 3rd party, it doesn't seem faulty, my phone does't seem support wifi calling its a samsung S7 and I have had a good look at it and can't find any reference to this in the settings. I am wondering whether just to take the box out its seems more bother than its worth.
Regards
Kev.

Hi @Kevwade,
You should be able to activate WiFi Calling on your S7 as long as you are on a pay monthly plan.
connect your phone to WiFi
from the home screen, tap Phone
tap the Menu icon
tap Settings
scroll down to the Wi-Fi calling switch and toggle it On
Hope this helps.
James
