Thus is my first post here, so if it is the wrong section please move it to the correct one.
Got my phone yesterday and there was a charge for £45 and some pence, which according to EE was made by my wife to a company called call-support.uk call lasted 11 minutes. Spoke to EE disputing the charges only to be told we did make them. Checked the call logs and there is nothing showing on there, spoke to an EE person who told it the charges are correct and the call was made to a company called www.wix.com, apparently they are a Web building company. The thing is my wife doesn't own a computer and she definitely has no interest in web building. You would have thought that after being with EE for 23 years (through all the name changes) they would at least give me the benefit of the doubt and at least look into the issue. The bill is already paid via direct debit and I have had bigger bills which I paid as I had used the services, this time I am being billed for a service that I know nothing about, but had to foot the bill for it. Well EE once my contract ends, my £120 per month business with you will walk out of the door. Poor customer service.
