Hi @Carpetman35.

Welcome to the community.

Have you already organised to have it sent back, or are you asking us if it's possible to send it back?

Does this problem happen with more than one charger?

Jon

I did speak to ee last week about it the lady on the phone said I will need
to send it back either via EE or DPD similar people. She said it can take
up to 2weeks ,

Thanks @Carpetman35.

Was this an insurance replacement, or were you asked to send it back for repair?

Jon

I was told to send it back, because it's still under warranty it's not 12
months old

Thanks @Carpetman35.

The warranty will be with the manufacturer.

I'd recommend getting back in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account and see what the next steps would be.

Hi @Carpetman35 ,

This sounds a lot like a fault with the phone so the retailer is the first party responsible for faulty goods per the below professional advice.

I highly recommend that the return should be made either via a store or the return should be properly tracked and insured as there have been reports on here of deliveries arriving but found to be empty and no longer containing the device.

An investigation will be made to verify the fault so I highly recommend enclosing a note with two sentences describing how to reproduce the fault to avoid engineers deciding "no fault found". You may also want to record a video as evidence of the fault for when you no longer have the device. Good luck!
