Can't renew £1 Talk pack

MPao
Explorer

I've been having the £1 Talk Pack for a number of years now.

Today when it came to renew it early, it wasn't available anymore on the App.

By texting ALL PACKS to 150, it gives me the option to renew it early by texting VIPTALK01.

However, when I do it, it says this offer is for selected customers only.

What does that mean? What would be the requirements? Is the pack still available or not?

Thanks

Hi @MPao

Thanks for coming to the community.

What happens if you text START PACK to 150?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

Right now I just get a list of other codes back because my £1 Talk Pack is currently active.

Since I've run out of data early I'm trying to renew the pack early, which is something I do often when I run out of allowances.

I wouldn't like to change my pack since this one suits my usage most of the time.

Let me know if there's anything else I can try.

Thanks.

The £1 Talk Pack is no longer available to new custs. If you already have it you may continue to let it auto renew at the expiration date, but I believe you can't buy it early & get it to replace your current unexpired pack. I've seen others here run into the same problem with other legacy packs.
