No it's not Arnie 😃
After a few years of being away on another provider, I'm back with EE and so far so good 🙂
On my other provider I was constantly not receiving calls and people thought I was blocking them or giving them the wrong number. It only affected two of our lines (both of which were ported from an EE number) and can only think that they messed up the transfer in some way and didn't know how to resolve, but it was getting worse and I was missing extremely important calls and not even getting notifications that I had missed calls.
I'm not porting my old number back, but gone with a totally new number and so far I've not had an issue with receiving calls or texts, so I'm happy.
Overall, I'm impressed with how the packages have changed since I was last with EE and are no longer high costs, yes they may still be a bit more that others but it's the overall service that counts.
The other reasons for swapping was also down to the fact when I get my new watch I can use this with EE as my old provider does not support e-sims or the linking of 4g smartwatches to your mobile number and the fact I can use Alexa and WiFi calling.
Hopefully will be able to contribute to the forum in the future.
Regards
Walkerx
PS: How do you log feedback for someone to look at the EE Shop Online and fix an issue with a plan showing incorrectly.

Hi and welcome to the community, @walkerx. I'm so glad you said hasta la vista to your old network to come back. 🙂
We'd love you to stick around and contribute, the whole forum is based on users helping each other.
Which plan is showing incorrectly? Any screenshots or links would be fantastic.

Thanks, used to be on the forum but couldn't access my old username, so thought new number, new network, new era, new user
I forgot to add the bit about the plan.
It's the 200GB Smart Benefit Sim-Only Plan - it's shown as £28pm, but when you select the plan and go to the next page, it lists the plan as 160GB only. I did mention this to the team when I called to place the order, that the information was showing incorrectly, but one person mentioned not sure who to highlight it to.

I am thinking of leaving for ToTheMoon Mobile, an NVMO on EE's backhaul - as they promise fee free roaming, even after Jan 2022, where as all the big 4 networks are saying it's going to be £2 a day to use my data abroad next year (I am out of contract)
EE could not tell me on the phone whether a swapable benefit will come to allow it to be free for the time you're away, just select the swapable benefit before you go.
It makes sense, as I currently have the Prime Video benefit on my plan, and it would be trivial for EE to have a swapable benefit to make roaming free. I'd definitely stay then. Who am I kidding, I'll probably stay regardless as I love EE (lol)
I'd just love a bit of clarity on the whole roaming thing, I'd be paying almost DOUBLE my current plan price to use my data for 14 days in Spain
