Hi, I recently had a problem with someone, where I was advised by the police and citizen advice to change my number so the person can't contact me.
I'm on a pay monthly plan, I had a previous number from another broadband that I took with me to ee ... can I change my number ? And how much do I have to pay? I'm currently not working so can't afford much and would like to know my options

If you call customer services on 150 they will be able to provide you with with a free of charge number change if your experiencing nuisance calls.
