Dual sim to separate phones

Emniv5
Visitor

I currently switched to dual sim so I could have my work number and personal number on one mobile. I have now decided to go back to two separate phones, my personal was an e sim how do I activate or find this to set up on my additional phone set as don’t have the original sim anymore.
