Hello All,
My contract runs out today and have my phone unlocked for free so far so good, I have the Huawei Mate 20 Pro and been told by their sales person that it is a Dual Sim Phone and today I found out it is NOT!!!!!!!!!!! I am so angry because I had specifically asked for a dual sim phone and have been confirmed it is.
Why are their EE Sales Team is so POOR with information about what kind of phones they got? It is disgusting! NEVER buy phones from EE Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also, do anyone have a similar experience like me? And is there a way to make it dual sim workable?

Hi @Sansan ,
How many SIM slots are reported in Android under Settings -> About phone and what does the full model name appear to be under the output there?
Does the phone have a hybrid dual-SIM tray?

You never found out during the length of the contract (1 - 2 years) that it wasn't dual-SIM? So you never tried to put a 2nd SIM in it all that time?

Hi Mikeliuk,
Thank you for your input.
It has a hybrid dual-SIM Tray and SIM 2 should be share with the memory slot, I should have test it on received but didn't, I learned my lesson the hard way I guessed!
Also, just found out LYA-L09 is a single Sim and LYA-L29 is the Dual Sim!!!
Gutted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
