Compatible smart watch?

Can anyone give me advice please? I have the Huawei P30 Pro, I want a smart watch that will be compatible with it? Does it have to be Huawei watch? If not, which ones could I consider? TIA

It is recommended that you use Huawei devices with other Huawei devices so they are 100% compatible with each other.
