HI Guys
i have recieved an email telling me to call EE with some details about my order form but when i check on the website it says nothing is wrong but i had already recieved a confirmation email telling me that everything went through. Then a day later i recieved an email telling me that i had to call EE due to the fact that there were some discrepancies with my account and the order form. I cant call in to EE to see what the problem is due to quarantine and the fact that i now dont have a phone because it broke and im waiting on the upgrade to arrive.

@taygan You need to call as requested or your order will not be processed. You could try using live chat via your online account. You’ll need to wait for a pop up asking if you’ll like to live chat.
