I am waiting for my cashback from quidco. They are saying they are waiting for EE. I spoke to EE and they said its quidco. Im getting passed from pillar to post! The reason i switched was the incentive for cashback.. although seems pretty obvious I'm not getting it..

Did the order track on quidco?

What info do they need to see?

Yes it has tracked but they said they are waiting for funds of the retailer 

How long ago did your broadband go live?

June 2021

The funds do not come directly from EE. 

 

If you wish to chase a claim I would recommend contacting Quidco directly.
