Hi Team,
I ordered (Order Number: xkoxxxxxxxxx) a new iphone 13 contract on 29th Nov by following a cashback link from TopCashback.
But there was no auto response from TCB after my buy. After raising a ticket with them, they're saying EE has denied the cashback stating the reason, " the network agency not identifying TopCashback as the last referrer for your transaction".
Could you please help me on this else I've to cancel the order ASAP?
