Cant buy data for mobile hotspot

I have a PAYG sim for a mobile Mifi. On the EE app I have added £10 credit. When I try to buy data I am redirected to " http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase"
I can't buy data from my phone or website because the sim is in the Mifi not my phone, so how can I buy a data add on?
The system allows to add money but not use it! I have written to EE with no response.

You need to browse to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device, e.g. your phone, connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what it offers you.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
