I have bought an EE SIM which arrived today. Want to check signal and quality. The letter that came with the SIM says "1. pop it in 2. join my EE 3. pay for your pack".
I cannot see an option to pay and when I try to register my number it says "you can only associate a number for an EE Consumer or Small Business plan"
Any idea what I can do to use this SIM?

I am using my home PC to access this website. I cannot use the phone at all as the SIM is disabled.

Hi @akist,
If you try to load a web page over mobile data, are you redirected to purchase a pack/add-on or do you see a message saying you have no internet connection?

It says "no internet connection". Signal is good, 4/5.
