Cannot install esim on MyEE app

Hi, I’d like to install an esim on MyEE app. I watched a YouTube how-to video, but on my phone the app somehow does not show the “Download esim” button, therefore I cannot install one. Any help?

@vvintervvinner  Have you checked to make sure your my EE app is updated to the newest version?    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes, the app is definitely the latest version.

What phone have you got @vvintervvinner  and are you a pay monthly customer?

I have tried that, but the situation stays the same.

I have an iPhone XR which I suppose is compatible with esim.

 

I’m using a Pay As You Go sim right now.

You need to be on a pay monthly contract with EE for an eSIM.

 

EE do not support eSIM for PAYG.
