I cannot connect to EE WIFI auto underground. When I try connect, it asks for username and password which doesn’t work. I had a reset from 9527. I tried to access via virgin media WiFi chosing EE but I get an error message saying contact customer service.
Help?

Hi @Christopher_G they sent me an email with instructions. I had to text 'EEWifi' to 9527 and wait a few minutes to get registered and notified about it

Hello,
My EEWiFI auto was working absolutly fine before Xmas - now it doesnt connect at all!!! Can anyone help? Ive text 9527 multiple times to reset my account/ password. But it just wont connect on the tube. I've also tried Virgin Media WiFi but it tells me to contact customer services.
Can somebody please help, its driving me crazy 😞

Could you please try forgetting the WiFi network and re-setting up by texting EEWifi to 9527, @Nadia88?
