Cannot connect to EE WiFi auto

I cannot connect to EE WIFI auto underground. When I try connect, it asks for username and password which doesn’t work. I had a reset from 9527. I tried to access via virgin media WiFi chosing EE but I get an error message saying contact customer service. 

 

Help?

Hi, 

I have a Xiaomi 10 and I cannot log in to ee auto WiFi on the underground. 

It keeps asking for username and password.

 

I have tried reset number and no luck.

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

I've got a similar problem. When I text EEWIFI to 9572, the message just doesn't go through.

 

I have topped up £10 in the past month, and all other texts work fine.

Are you on a pay monthly or pay as you go plan?

iOS devices should connect to EE WiFi automatically, there's no need to set it up via text.

 

Have you topped up with at least £5 in the last 30 days?

Hi James, yes I know it should connect automatically. When I click on EE Wifi Auto is says "can not connect to network". 

And yes, I topped up £10 two weeks ago.
