Broken dial tone

Can anyone tell me why my dial tone is “broken” I.e. it has breaks in it rather than a continuous tone. My phone is connected into my broadband hub. Can I do anything about it?

Resolved! TV keeps pixelating / dropping out / loosing sound

EE TV was installed on 2rd October.  The picture keeps pixelating / dropping out and loosing sound.The sound volume is also poor.    Disappointed with this situation.  What can be done to stop this happening.
