Cannot Access Swappable Benefits

I am unable to access or make changes to my swappable benefits either via the app or the website. Is there anyone having this issue and how can I resolve it?

Same issue.  I wanted to see if I could get the new office 365 benefit but everything has gone.  I called 150 and they have raised a ticket.

Same issue here as well, my smart benefits have vanished from the website as well as from the 'my EE' app, the website also tells me I do not have smart benefits on my account which is odd as I have 3 active ones right now!

Called EE who seemed very concerned and raised a ticket, tried to fix the problem with no luck and then realised other users have the same problem so closed the ticket and said wait 24 hours and see if it fixes it's self! 

 

Safe to say it's still not working. Thanks EE.

My account problems are worse than I thought!

I can't not access Smart Benefits or Add ons from website or app.

I can't access itemised billing either from website or app.

 

I am told I have no Smart Benefits when I have 3 active

I am told I have no Add Ons when I have 2 active

I get system fault or error when attempting to look at itemised billing.

 

After calling EE I was told to wait and see if it gets fixed!

 

EE, whats going on please?

Looks like problem is really starting to spread now what with all of the other reports coming in.

I have the same, MyEE says I have no smart benefits.

 

Text pick to 150 and see if you can change them that way?

My smart benefits are showing up again.
