Smart Benefit swapping?

Hi

I’m looking at the smart benefits and I’ve seen on the internet that they’re not swappable any more but can’t find the relevant info about it all?

really hoping that I’m wrong and that they can still be changed every month as required?

Once you’ve chosen your Smart Benefit, you can change this every 30 days.
